April is here, which means spring is officially here! Warm weather is on the way, which naturally fuels our desire to lighten up our dishes. Here’s a seasonal list of what to do in April!

April is a popular month after a long winter. While the weather isn’t warm across the country, it will soon be, and the anticipation is palpable! Local produce is starting to show signs of new growth and new crops and is very welcome. This plus some holiday fun is a welcome April bonus!
