And just like that, January is almost here! For many people, the new year feels like a reset, a time to start over, a time to focus on yourself by nourishing your body and moving in a way that makes you feel good. Maybe you've set some lofty goals for yourself this year, or maybe you just want to pick up where you started in 2023. No matter what you set out for yourself, nourishing yourself from the inside out is key and that's why I'm here!
This month in the LCK, we're craving comfort food, but making it a little healthier and focusing on seasonal fruits and veggies! So, without further ado, here’s a list of what to cook for January, as well as a list of what’s in season this month!
