review – These days, with the transition many of us find ourselves working from home, a good office chair is very important. For me, functionality and comfort are important, but I also want it to look good in my space. I am delighted to have the opportunity to try out the Yaheetech High Back Desk Chair. Find out what I think.
What’s in the box?
The Yaheetech High Back Office Chair is beautifully packaged in a large cardboard box with instructions for easy assembly.
Obviously, the Yaheetech chair requires some assembly, however, the instructions are easy to follow and the parts assembly is simple. All in all, it only took about 20 minutes from start to finish.

Design and Features
The Yaheetech high-back office chair offers many adjustable features, making it a versatile choice, especially if it’s a chair shared by multiple people of varying heights, weights, and preferences.
Here are some of those features:
Chair shape and design
This Yaheetech chair is supported and designed with an S-shaped backrest. According to the ergonomic concept, the S-shaped backrest is said to provide lumbar support and optimize your sitting position. I’m not sure if I can say this is entirely true. However, I will confidently say that I found this chair very comfortable and supportive. I don’t like a stiff back or sitting completely upright, so for me this is perfect. If you need more upright posture while sitting, I recommend sticking a pillow behind your back to help you get your preferred position.
Material
The seating area of the Yaheetech chair is made of faux leather. I love that it’s easy to clean and waterproof. I haven’t seen how it will stand the test of time, but I do like the feel and durability of being able to clean it when needed.
Yaheetech high back office chair seats are filled with high density foam. As you can see in the picture below, it is very stretchy and soft. I like the comfort of sitting on it for long periods of time.
If color is important to you, there are a few others available.If you go directly from Yahe Technology You only have one color option, which is gray.If you choose from Amazon, you can choose from black, gray or red. If color is important to you, think about it. If given a choice, I would personally choose grey.
Adjustable seat height
Yaheetech seat height is adjustable from 19-23 inches. This allows you to adjust the height to suit your needs and wishes. Being able to customize the chair height is a must, this chair is low enough for the kids at a comfortable height and high enough for my husband who is 6’3″. Adjusting the height using the lever located on the lower right side of the chair is simple and smooth.
The lever that adjusts the seat height also allows you to lock and unlock the “rocking” motion of the chair. It’s like adjusting the height, it’s easy to do. This makes it easy to lock into a sitting position, which doesn’t allow the chair to be reclined back, and then a quick pull on the lever converts it into a relaxed rocking position.
Since we’re talking about a rocking motion, I’d say the chair reclines a little bit beyond my comfort level. The first time I leaned back the chair, I heard a clicking sound, and I thought I would keep falling to the ground. Spoiler alert, I didn’t, the chairs were nice but noisy. The sound has died down after using it more, but I do feel like it’s important to mention.
adjustable backrest
At the bottom center of the Yaheetech chair, you’ll find the tilt tension knob. This knob allows you to tighten and loosen the center tilt tension when unlocked and in the rocking motion position. I find that if you keep it loose, it leans back quite a bit for my comfort, while keeping it tight is more to my liking. Although I don’t find myself putting the chair in the unlocked swing position very often, I do appreciate the option.
movement and base
Last but not least, I would like to discuss the base of the Yaheetech chair. The star base is made of sturdy metal, has a diameter of 63 cm / 25 inches, and is rated to hold 297 lbs. The base is also equipped with 360-degree casters for smooth and stable movement from any direction. With these casters, the chair can easily slide over the floor, swivel and swivel with ease. The only thing I’ve found is that it does make a squeak and rattle when rolling, but it’s common in most chairs I own, but I wanted to make sure to mention it.

final thoughts
The Yaheetech high-back office chair doesn’t disappoint. In fact, several of my kids have been trying to make it their own. This chair has everything I look for in a chair.
