Yoga Pilates Sculpture


I have a great Full body styling To you today! Join instructor Nikki’s yoga and Pilates process, which will exercise your entire body and core, Let you feel solid, strong and concentrated in just 20 minutes!

Instructor Nikki is an ERYT200 yoga instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, mat Pilates instructor and team Betty Rocker instructor Rock your life – My online home fitness studio and female fitness community!

This exercise combines Pilates power moves with fluid yoga exercises that focus on balance, strength, and flexibility. It’s a perfect combination.

This type of training has many benefits-including lengthening and strengthening our muscles, reducing stress, chronic pain, improving sleep patterns, promoting and improving breathing and cardiovascular function, as well as improving our overall well-being and quality of life.

This is Coach Nikki’s notes: I like all the different exercises that I teach and practice, but I find that Pilates and yoga have enhanced all the other forms of exercise in my life so far.

By slowing down and performing exercises with thoughtful attention and breathing awareness, you can learn to exercise gracefully, precisely, and smoothly more effectively while working out long and thin muscles.

For today’s exercise, I have selected some of my favorite mat Pilates and yoga poses for you, as excellent core exercises that focus on strength and balance. You don’t need any equipment, but you can add a raised surface as needed to fix it.

Format: Perform each action combination continuously for 0:45 seconds, take a minimum break between each action as needed, and repeat 2 rounds.

  • Wide Plie – High Lunge – Warrior III (R)
  • Plank Saw-Dolphin-Dolphin Walk-in
  • Wide layer – high lunge – Warrior III (L)
  • Push-ups-Side plank hip flexion and extension-Knee tightening (alternating left/right)
  • Chair posture-push forward and back-side leg up (L)
  • Plank shoulder pat – Downward Dog Retreat – Deep Yoga Squat
  • Chair posture-push forward and back-side leg up (R)
