Review – I think in the past 10 years or so, I have experienced hundreds of different mobile phone cases. For every new phone, I will get at least three different protective cases before I can find a protective case that suits me. I have used everything from a basic TPU case to a fully covered Otter Box type case. I tend to use simpler cases. I have never used a protective cover with a flip cover on the phone. I think this will be too clumsy and will get in the way. I recently switched to the dark side of IOS from Android, which I used for many years last year. With the iPhone, when I pick up the phone, I keep turning on the damn flashlight. I know I can delete it from my front screen, but I like this feature. So I decided to see if the Noreve iPhone Wallet Case can solve my problem. Let us see how it works.
What is it?
The Noreve Horizontal Wallet Flap case is exactly what its name suggests. This is a leather protective case with a flip cover on the front of the phone and sealed with a magnetic snap. It has two slots for credit cards and ID cards. This phone case has 7 different leather types, from synthetic leather all the way to the type called Patine. You can also choose to customize the wallet by adding additional slots on the back of the case. If you wish, they also allow you to add your own logo or engraving.
They made protective cases for almost every Apple phone, up to the first iPhone. They also manufacture protective cases for Samsung, Google, OnePlus, Sony and others.
What’s in the box?
I had to include multiple photos because this mobile wallet is very beautifully packaged. The box itself is covered by a transparent plastic cover. You can see a picture of a box below.
Open the box and you will see a beautiful bag with a mobile phone case/wallet inside.
Inside the bag is a real wallet. I didn’t take a picture of it, but there is a foam sleeve in the wallet instead of where the phone is. This ensures that the wallet maintains its shape.

Hardware specifications
- Leather handmade by French craftsmen. The special finish I received is called Tenation Tropezienne.
- The frame is made of thermoplastic
- The independent screen printing of the Noreve logo of the Saint-Tropez clock tower is located on the inner flap.
- The Tentation Tropézienne series uses saturated color pigments that will not fade under ultraviolet light. They are also more resistant to scratches, abrasions and tears. This treatment makes our work more suitable for daily use.
Design and features
As mentioned above, I received a Tentation Tropezienne-finished wallet. The color is orange, but because it is made in France, the color is called arange colouquie. You will not smell the leather odor that you sometimes smell on other leather products. This is the photo on the front of the cover. The top provides three holes for the speakers. There is a small symbol of the moon metal Noreve that protects the sun. The leather is soft and very smooth to the touch. I can say that this is a well-made mobile phone case.
Next, we have a photo of the back of the case. Here you can see the cutout of the phone camera lens. As you can see from the front and back, the stitching is very fine and consistent. There are no loose threads anywhere.
Open the case to see the wallet and mobile phone area. On the left, there are two slots for credit cards and even some bills. There is a seal sign of the bell tower of Saint Tropez. On the right, you have the phone holder. It is made of hard thermoplastic covered with leather. You have to press hard to make your phone pop up. Unless you open the case and throw it away, it is unlikely to come out. There is also a stamp made in France on the right.
This is what it looks like after popping the phone into place. It fits perfectly without any problems.
Now we will start to bypass this case. The image below shows a photo of the bottom of the case. There are many openings for the charger hole and the speaker hole. The sound of the phone is exactly the same as the sound when the case is closed.
This is a photo on the left side of the box. The volume buttons and mute switch are well exposed. When I need it, I have no problem.
This is a picture of the top of the case where the phone is inserted. There is enough space to display the gray antenna strips.
This is the picture on the right side of the phone. You can see that the wake button is completely exposed. I have no problem.
This is the picture inserted into the back of the phone case. You can see all three camera lenses as well as the flash and light sensor. As long as I remember not to fold the flip back, the photos taken with the protective case look as good as ever! Ha ha.
I took a close-up shot of the snap closure. This base is magnetic.

Performance
Up to two credit cards can be inserted into each slot. I finally got a credit card and my ID card. There are about four banknotes folded behind my ID card. Everything is easy to get in and out, but very safe. I also want to explain that there is no problem with the wireless charging of the mobile phone on the charging box. I put my phone on the wireless charger every night and it is 100% every morning.
This is the case after the flip is folded. Answering the phone in this way is not a problem. The biggest (and small) obstacle I encountered was learning to fold the snap flap back to remove it from my face while speaking.
what do I like
- Super premium wallet. Well made. You can say that it incorporates a lot of craftsmanship in its creation.
- I like the color choice and variety of their wallet leather.
- I no longer need to carry my wallet separately.
Areas for improvement
- Nothing-I can say it is expensive, but you get what you pay for.
Final thoughts
I found a new permanent phone case. The Noreve iPhone case is durable and well-made. I don’t need to worry about the thread falling out or the leather looks bad over time. I am sure that when I upgrade my phone, I will end up with such a wallet.
