The video from Afghanistan is shocking. Women and girls were rounded up and taken away by savage thugs. The Afghans who worked with us either went into hiding or died. Women and girls who were able to walk alone in the street, school or work in skirts a week ago now wear burqas.
We saw a female CNN reporter wearing a burqa reporting from the street. The ridiculous report said that most of the thugs behind her were peace thugs. Only her face is visible, but the fear is obvious.

The conquest of Afghan women has begun. The Taliban has made it clear that women will be bound by Sharia law. Schools will be closed to girls. Women will start covering their bodies again and be abused by villains.
