Biden spit on the Supreme Court and declared himself the king of the deportation-RedState

At this point, I’m not sure who can keep up with the number of times that the Biden gang has turned upside down on the Wuhan coronavirus issue.

Joe Biden Pointed out today CDC will resume the suspension of evictions after expiration on July 31.

According to the CDC’s assessment, this will ban evictions from counties with a high incidence of Wuhan coronavirus for 60 days and is expected to cover 90% of tenants in these areas.

Although his team stated yesterday that he did not have the legal authority to extend it, and the CDC also stated that they were legally incapable, Biden did so, even though Biden is now proposing a narrower extension.

From WaPo:

“On this particular issue, the president not only kicked the tires, but he also received double, triple, and quadruple inspections,” Gene Sperling, a White House official who helped coordinate the pandemic, told reporters on Monday. “He has asked the CDC to see if you can even implement a targeted suspension of evictions-this is only for counties with a higher rate-and they have not been able to find a new, targeted legal authorization to suspend evictions.”

Although the Supreme Court had previously maintained the suspension until July 31, they said that without the approval of Congress, a further extension would exceed the authority of the CDC.

Despite knowing this decision for more than a month, Congress did not pass anything to change the situation, but instead accused Biden of not taking action. As we pointed out, Rep. Alexander Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) Attacking Biden and House Democrats for not taking action fasterRep. Corey Bush (D-MO) camped on the steps of the U.S. Capitol and pressured people to take action. Even the Speaker of the House of Representatives Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) seems to be trying to shift responsibility to the Biden administration and put pressure on the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

Biden was asked about this announcement today in his press conference on COVID and his comments to New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. He did not give a complete response, but admitted that the action is coming and may not pass legal review.

From the mountain:

“Whether this option will pass the constitutional measures of this administration, I can’t tell you. I don’t know,” Biden said. “Some scholars say it will, while others say it is unlikely. But, at least, when it is sued, it may give some extra time, and we will allocate the $45 billion to those People who actually owe rent and have no money.”

In other words, he knows that this is unconstitutional and will not be supported, but he knows that it will take time to take legal action against this extension, so he will try to do so anyway, and then blame others and the court when he is prosecuted and lost. . Can we talk about how wrong this is? He doesn’t care if it is illegal. He knows that this is contrary to what the Supreme Court has said, but he is facing them anyway, which is unbelievable.
