By suing Twitter, Facebook and Google, Donald Trump once again proved his ignorance of the Constitution. In another sweaty, screaming, and annoying speech, Trump announced his lawsuit, claiming that being kicked out of these social media platforms violated his First Amendment rights. The legal scholar has explained how wrong his interpretation of the law is and how the lawsuit is groundless and will be rejected by the court. Let us call this move: a political gimmick.

Since Trump announced this week that he would sue Facebook, Twitter and Google, legal experts have issued statements to the media, saying the case is completely unfounded. In a recent article by Bloomberg opinion writer Noah Bloomberg, “Former President Donald Trump litigation Legally speaking, opposing Twitter, Google and Facebook to kick him off their platforms must be a loser. The First Amendment protects people from state actions, and technology companies are not state actors.“During his presidency, it was obvious that Trump had never read the Constitution, and when explaining the amendment to him, he did not understand the legal interpretation. These social media platforms

The appearance of President Donald Trump on their platform poses a potential danger to the public. Despite widespread criticism over the years, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg (Mark Zuckerberg) allowed Trump’s “inflammatory false claims.” On his platform, NBC reported that “the newsworthiness of these statements and Facebook’s commitment to support freedom of speech” were the reasons for allowing the former president to continue posting. However, after the attack on the Capitol on January 6, Zuckerberg and other Facebook executives decided that Trump “openly incited violence to overthrow the election and crossed the line.” An incumbent president is banned from using the most popular public platform to achieve freedom of speech, which is more proof of his dangerous and perverted abuse of political power.

Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey suspended his Twitter account on January 8, 2020 on January 8, 2020, on the grounds that Trump incited violence in front of the camera to prevent him from Dangerous comments made on social media. The Twitter statement on the suspension of Trump’s account reported by CNN Business is:

“After carefully reviewing the recent tweets of the @realDonaldTrump account and the surrounding background, due to the risk of further incitement to violence, we have permanently suspended the account,” Twitter said.

Trump’s last few tweets before being permanently banned from Twitter included statements such as Vice President Mike Pence’s fear of stopping certification of stolen elections;

These things and events happen when a sacred and overwhelming election victory is so unceremoniously and viciously stripped of the great patriot. “Twitter determined that these posts, insurgent comments, contributed to potentially violent behavior, and eventually eliminated his dangerous voice from social media.

Ever since he was destined to sue the platform’s political reality show gimmick for wrong legal reasons, Trump has been trying to get more money from his supporters in financial difficulties. The Trump family is considered one of the wealthiest families in the United States, but they cannot beg for donations. They have no shame. They asked for donations for Trump’s birthday, the “Big Thief of Lies” campaign, and his false lawsuit against BIG TECH. These lawsuits have only two purposes; to get him publicity and money in his wallet. When did Republican voters become so stupid?

The fraud of Republican voters is destroying the traditional Republican Party’s pursuit of their conservative agenda. Despite the opposition of this blog, we acknowledge that these policies are not designed to destroy democracy. We thank the executives of Twitter, Facebook and Google for their contributions to suppressing Trump and his anti-democratic and violent speech and protecting millions of Americans from hatred and violent incitement.
