Document provided by whistleblower shows that AG Merrick Garland lied to Congress – RedState

Few things in the news surprise me, but please consider what happened today as an exception. In an explosive development, a whistleblower sent an email to Congress certifying that Attorney General Merrick Garland lied under oath when he testified on Capitol Hill a few weeks ago.

As RedState reported at the timeGarland’s statement about targeting his parents as “family terrorists” did not add up at all. The mixture of his denial and unwillingness to resolve the issue only increased the suspicion that the Justice Department had and continues to take improper actions.

Now, these new documents are a decisive blow to Garland’s previous assertion that the DOJ/FBI did not use anti-terrorism agencies to target parents. In fact, they showed the opposite situation, where the counter-terrorism department was not only involved (and possibly still involved), but was also used to “mark” parents as a potential threat.

The following is the actual email sent by Christopher Rufo, who has been fighting for parental rights in the school, especially in the fight against critical racial theories.

The email specifically acknowledges that Garland’s instructions are Unfounded statement from NSBA, Is the catalyst to mobilize the counter-terrorism department to start marking the threat. Things have progressed, and a special label called “EDUOFFICIALS” was created specifically for those school boards and teachers who opposed it. From there, three tests were listed in the email to further score the hypothetical threat.

In contrast, this is Garland’s view on this issue in late October. He made it clear that the DOJ and FBI did not do such a thing.

Rep. Jim Jordan speak out In response, noticed that Garland had some “explanations” to do.

“Merrick Garland testified that the FBI did not target parents,” Rep. Jim Jordan (Ohio Republican) said. “We now know that the FBI is’marking’ parents who they consider threatening. The Attorney General has some explanations to do.”

Of course, Garland doesn’t actually need to explain anything, because he is a completely irresponsible figure. The attorney general will not bring charges against himself for lying to Congress. The Biden administration will not move its fingers. Unfortunately, when it comes to our bragging bureaucracy, the reality of our lives is totally lawless.

Of course, Garland has some serious irony when talking about the sanctity of the law recently. Charge Steve Bannon Contempt of Congress, while Garland seems to lie to Congress. Never let anyone tell you that we do not have a two-tier judicial system, because we absolutely do.

As for the whistleblower who handed over this email, I hope they have a good legal team because they will need it. You can expect Garland and his accomplices to respond vindictively and further weaponize the already public political and justice ministry. Although the Attorney General is very docile in public, he is a fierce partisan and he will not be too kind to expose himself as a liar and hypocrite.

In the end, I will only reiterate what I have said many times. The Justice Department and the FBI need not only reforms, but also dissolution.
