article – I drive to the office every day, so working from home is very rare for me. A bad snow day will dictate this, but for the most part I spend my time in my car and office. So here’s the gear on my “everyday” list that I can’t live without.I hope you enjoy this article and read it The rest of this series when you’re done.
Leacarve Leather Briefcase – I use Leacarve to carry my gear to and from the office every day. I have been using it for almost 4 years and there is no breakage on this bag. Every zipper, strap, snap, pocket, etc. is intact and looks as good as new. I love this bag because it looks great in any setting.
Keysmart Pro – For the past 4 years, you will find the Keysmart Pro in my pocket. I love the minimalist design and built-in LED lights, it comes in handy more than you might think. I can’t remember what life was like without this!
Kenu Airframe+ (leather version) – I have been using Kenu Airframe products since the first generation 7 or 8 years ago. This is the best car phone mount I’ve ever used. When I wear one, I get the other. I also give them as gifts because they are so affordable. Every time I get in the car (several times a day) my phone turns on Kenu. Every time I travel in another vehicle, such as a taxi, I take the Kenu with me.
Choetech 15,600 mAh battery pack – I also have a Choetech power bank in my car. Most car charging ports aren’t worth it, so I always keep a portable power bank in the car to charge my phone (since I spend a lot of time there, as I mentioned). I’ve owned the Choetech for almost 7 years and still love its compact size and multiple ports so it can be shared with others in the car.
Bluetooth Headphones/Earbuds – I’m on the phone every day. a lot of. I mean, like at home, in the car, and at work. If I’m running to the store or doing some errands, I have bluetooth headphones in my ears. So I have a lot of bluetooth devices to help me, I have one in my home, car and office. So here are the 2 I’m using every day now…
Plantronics Voyager 5200 – I’ve been using Plantronics Voyager for years and it’s always been one of my favorites, so I usually get the latest when it comes out. I have one at home and the other in the car. Battery life, voice prompts, and call quality are all great. I haven’t reviewed this particular version of the Voyager, so here’s a stock photo of the headphones and the included charging case.

Tribit FlyBuds Earbuds – I’m not that obsessed with all things FlyBuds (as you can see in the comments). They are relegated to backup bluetooth headphones/earbuds, but I find them in daily use. These are the bluetooth earbuds that I keep in my office as I work while sitting at my desk most of the time, so the FlyBuds work fine since I don’t need to move around a lot. So I keep these on my office desk every day.
HP Envy Laptops & SideTrak Rotating Monitor – The Leacarve Briefcase provides a padded area for my HP Envy laptop that I carry with me every day. And I didn’t know the gadget I needed in my life was the SideTrak Swivel monitor. You can see both in the image below. The SideTrak is light and thin enough to carry around in a briefcase every day because I don’t know when I’ll need it. It’s very handy in meetings because it can be used to face another person without having to sit side by side with someone. Read the reviews to find out about all the great things I’ve done with SideTrak!
Logitech Wireless Presenter Remote Control – I speak and present a lot, so I use the Logitech remote a lot, which stays in my Leacarve briefcase at all times. The battery lasts forever and fits nicely in the hand, without which I really couldn’t do an effective presentation. I’ve never done a review, so here’s a stock photo.
I hope you enjoy seeing the gear I use every day.If you have any questions feel free to ask below, I hope you will consider reading The rest of the series is at The Gadgeteer.
