How to highlight and copy text in a Chromebook
The process of highlighting and copying the required text in a Chromebook is similar to that of Windows and Mac. To do this, just use this sequence of commands. these are:
step 1: On the touchpad of the system, tap and hold with your finger. Use the second finger to drag the cursor to the desired text to be copied. When you release your finger, the text will be highlighted. If you are using a mouse, press the left button and form a box around the desired text. After releasing the button, the text in the box will be highlighted.
Step 2: Now, to copy the text, press the Ctrl key and the C key at the same time. In addition, you can use the right mouse button to open the menu, and click the alt Alt button while clicking on the touchpad.
Step 3: Finally, to paste the highlighted text, click where you want to paste the copied text, and then press the Ctrl and V keys simultaneously. You can also use the mouse to paste text.
The text you copy will remain on the clipboard until you copy some other text again. Until then, you can use the Ctrl + V key combination to paste the copied text multiple times.
Copy different videos and images on Chromebook

Copy the entire webpage on the Chromebook
Sometimes, you may have to select and copy all the content available on a particular webpage. To copy all content (including content other than the main content, such as titles, content objects, and buttons), use the following method. Please note that the layout may not remain intact during this process.
step 1: Click anywhere other than the image or link, and then press the Ctrl and A keys at the same time. This shortcut will select all the content on the page you are on.
Step 2: After step 1, there is no need to click again. Just press the Ctrl + C key combination to copy the entire highlighted content.
Step 3: Finally, to paste the copied content, just click the area where you want to paste the content, and then press the Ctrl and V keys at the same time.
