Welcome to the first episode of the project I have always wanted to do. I will do these “People I Find Interesting” episodes on the Bourbon on the Rocks platform to make the ball roll because I have so many people I want to talk to.
The perfect person to start this project is the only Mr. Andrew Malcolm. For nearly 50 years, he has been a “print” reporter for some of the largest newspapers in the world and has successfully transitioned to the Internet journalism world. Andrew and I discussed this in this episode:
*When he became a reporter, and how he finally started his career at the New York Times.
* Over the years, how many messages he has returned in a bottle, and where is the message he left where the Titanic sank.
*How his use of Twitter expanded his world and enabled him to get breaking news.
*Furthermore, how as a reporter helped him work for some well-known politicians.
Andrew is a fascinating person and is considered a mentor to many of us today, and I know you will find this interview as interesting as I am.Please listen and send any questions, comments or concerns to [email protected] Radio.com
