Review – Before I moved into my new home, I asked a few friends to help me paint every wall and several ceilings on the first and second floors. This is much more than I expected. Thankfully, another friend lent me a paint sprayer. In addition to the need to plug in AC power, this is very useful, which sometimes proves to be inconvenient. I still have basement walls, which can be studs and plasterboard, or in the case of a storage room, I want to paint bricks, which happen to be very uneven and have many jagged areas. There is no AC power plug near this area, so I am very happy to be able to use this Litheli HVLP cordless paint sprayer for this job.

- Dilute the paint before spraying: This sprayer sprays a larger volume of air flow at a lower pressure, finely atomizes the paint and significantly reduces overspray, dripping and paint waste. It provides a finer surface treatment than paintbrushes and rollers, and is very suitable for home, garden and DIY projects on cars, doors, decks, fences, ceilings, furniture, siding and artwork.
- 3 patterns and 3 nozzles: Adjust the ears of the air cap to obtain vertical, horizontal and circular spray patterns. The spray gun is pre-installed with a 2.2 mm red nozzle, and the other two (1.8 mm, 1.5 mm) are in the box. The flow control knob on the back of the trigger can control the flow of different liquids with a viscosity ≤ 120 Din-s.
- Pure copper motor and less clogging: Pure copper motors have higher power and efficiency, and can produce stronger airflow. The air filter at the air inlet filters out particles. The temperature at the nozzle is kept low during operation to prevent overheating and clogging.
- Battery sharing and warranty: The 4.0 Ah lithium-ion battery can support up to 20 minutes of smooth spraying per charge and can be used with all Litheli 20V power tools. Litheli provides a 5-year tool warranty and a 3-year battery and charger warranty.

Performance
Getting started with this sprayer is very simple. The first thing I did was to choose a nozzle for the paint I was going to use.
Once I chose my nozzle, I filled the paint can with paint and started spraying. Just before I started, I realized that I didn’t have any paint thinner, but I decided to take the opportunity to move on.
As you can see from the video, the sprayer works, but there is no large amount of spray or pressure from the nozzle. I decided to search for “paint thinner options” on Google and found that I can also use a lot of rubbing alcohol that I have. Once I have diluted the paint, please see the difference in the next video.
The wall you see below is the wall of my basement, it is part of the wall of the storeroom. I don’t want to add studs and gypsum board because it is already very narrow and I need as much space as possible to store what I want. So I sealed the wall and sprayed white paint with this sprayer. I might decide to add another layer because the concrete absorbs a lot of paint.
When it comes to using the sprayer, the most difficult part for me is that my hands must support the weight of the paint and battery. I quickly developed a technique that uses both hands so that I have enough support. I should also mention that I am right-handed and I have painful arthritis in my right hand.
The sprayer performed well and I was able to add the first coat of paint to the 2 walls shown in the picture below in about 5 minutes.
Cleaning the sprayer is very simple.
