Love it or lose it-RedState

There is a “World Wildlife Fund” PSA It is often broadcast on talk radio stations in St. Louis. The premise is that our world-nature-is fragile, and we should not take it for granted:

All of us need love to thrive, and nature is no exception. Time is running out to protect our natural world-stop forest loss, protect our oceans and freshwater, and ensure the future of humans and wildlife. Nature now needs our love more than ever. This is our choice: love it or lose it.

WWF’s new PSA event “Love It or Lose It” reveals our interrelationship with nature and what risks we face if we lose nature.to know more information wwf.org/love.

You may be wondering, why did I mention this on the RedState page? Isn’t this a nod to the climate change church? Does it really belong here? Well, it can be said, yes-listen to me.

As a conservative, I only care about save Nature, protect the environment, and become wise stewards of the rich land where we live through the grace of God. We should all be like this. The degree of overlap with the actual goals of climate activists and Green New Dealers may be minimal, but even so, the established goals have at least some in common.

In other words, what caught my attention this morning was the campaign slogan because I was thinking about what I might say that would resonate with you, our dear readers, and inspire you to invest in what we are doing here: “Love It or lose it.”

Sites like RedState must constantly fight to get the news out; share conservative views and bring fair and honest reports that are not squeezed out through free (and increasingly progressive) narrative filters. I say this not to complain. This is not a “woe to us” request. We are here because of us think Coming here-we believe in what we are doing. We are passionate about our beliefs and passionate about bringing you quality content day after day. But without you, we cannot do what we do.

This week you learned from RedState editors about the many reasons for subscribing to our VIP program:

  • Jen Van Laar gave you one glance Center-right outlets like ours often encounter compliments from self-styled “fact checkers.”
  • Brandon Morse Handle a case The media will soon see us gone.
  • Joe Cunningham Sharing strategy Re: How to win the culture war.
  • And Kira Davis smiled bitterly Observed The basis of their hatred (in any case).

Then, I was given an unenviable task, which was to try to follow all this wit and wisdom. What can I say to convince you in a way that you haven’t been convinced yet?

I will say bluntly: We need you. We need your eyeballs. We need your enthusiasm. If we are to be able to withstand the impact of social media giants and institutional media organizations, who would rather us shut up and walk away, we must find ways to free-rider. The VIP program provides an alternative route. We ask you to help us build it. You see, dear reader, RedState. Yes. infrastructure.
