Dark brown vegetable tanned Horween leather has a smooth matte texture and a wonderful leather smell. The leather is molded around the case with no visible seams or stitching.
I bought my first Apple AirTag Tested with the Nomad Siri Remote for Apple TV Case. I can tell you that the AirTag fits snugly in a slot on the bottom of the remote’s cover.
The Apple TV remote presses securely into the Nomad holster and can still use the Lightning port to charge…
…and the voice control buttons…
…and the IR sensor on the front of the remote.
I wish the Nomad Siri Remote for Apple TV Cover would add some extra grip to the remote so it doesn’t keep slipping off the arm of my couch. The cover doesn’t really help with that, but adding the ability to AirTag will help you find the remote when MIA.
Using your phone and the Find My app, it shows where the remote is on a map (not that it might end up outside your home), and more importantly, you can trigger the AirTag to beep so you can The location where the remote control can be found is hidden remotely.
Even if you don’t have an AirTag, you can still decorate your Siri Remote with this leather case.
