One day in a series of attacks in North London, the police released new CCTV images, and they wanted to confirm the identity of a man.
The force stated that there were five unprovoked attacks in the U.S. Stamford Hill August 18 was considered a hate crime.
At around 8:30 in the evening, a 64-year-old man was knocked into a coma on the way to the synagogue. A 30-year-old man Jewish At 6:41 pm, a man was hit in the head by a bottle on Cavenove Road. At 7:10 pm, a 14-year-old Jewish boy was attacked on Holmdale Terrace.
The police said they had learned of the fourth and fifth victims, but neither of them came forward to contact the police.
Detectives said on Tuesday that after viewing CCTV footage, they were sure that the person they wanted to find lived in Seven Sisters Road Between Tuesday, August 17 and Thursday, August 19.
Senior Inspector Detective Chief Inspector Yasmin Lalani said: “We have been nearly two weeks since these attacks, but we are still determined to determine who is responsible for these unprovoked attacks.
“We will continue to work closely with local communities and provide them with the necessary support.
“After our investigation, we now know that the person caught by CCTV lives in the hotel. Are you at the same time? Do you know what can help us?
“I will encourage anyone with information to call the police. I also urge this person to come forward and talk to us. It is vital that we end these incidents.”
The 64-year-old victim suffered facial injuries and fell to the ground with a broken foot.
He was taken to the hospital for treatment and later discharged.
He told PA News Agency on August 22 that he did not remember the incident because he was unconscious.
“My head hit the wall, that’s it, I don’t remember,” he said
“The police take this very seriously because there is a lot of anxiety in the community, but we are a very close, enthusiastic and caring community.”
The two other victims who have been identified have not sustained lasting injuries.
