One of the central figures in the August 25, 2020 shooting in Kenosha, Wisconsin, was a person called “Jump Kick Man” by the prosecution. When Rittenhouse was lying flat on the street, “Jump Kick Man” charged up and kicked Rittenhouse in the head. When the video starts, you can see him wearing white pants in the right foreground.
Rittenhouse fired at least one shot at the attacker. However, this attack ensured that Lefty Grosskreutz could catch up with Rittenhouse, threatened him with a loaded weapon he illegally possessed, and was shot. In Rittenhouse’s indictment, shooting at Drop Kick Man was the third, reckless harm.
This person is only called “Drop Kick Man”, and the impression given by the prosecutor is that he was not recognized during the entire trial.
Please forgive my shocked face. I report to you that not only is the identity of “Drop Kick Man” known, but also before the end of the trial (in fact, they almost certainly knew before the start), he Offered to testify for the prosecution, they rejected his proposal, they Never shared this information with the defense.
On the evening of August 25, 2020, a professional criminal and a felon convicted on public domestic violence charges claimed to be Kyle Rittenhouse (Kyle Rittenhouse) who fired twice at close range but missed an unidentified man .
Rittenhouse was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment of security. The man was only called a “jump and kicker” in the trial because he was attacked minutes after Rittenhouse shot Joseph Rosenbaum. He kicked the boy in the head.
Now, 39-year-old Maurice Freeland (Maurice Freeland) admits that he kicked Rittenhouse in the head, and therefore reluctantly avoided being shot. At the time, he was 17 years old and stumbled while trying to escape.
…
It has now been discovered that the same goes for “jumping and kicking people”, who was released on bail that night for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend, which included kicking her into the chest and throwing her to the floor.
In the second of the five charges currently under consideration by the jury, Freeland immediately declared to the local news website Wisconsin that he was an “unidentified complainant.”
WISN 1130 talk show radio host Dan O’Donnell broke the news that prosecutors confirmed the identity of the man on Tuesday, but did not reveal his name.
It is not clear when the state learned of Freeland’s identity, but it has been confirmed that he had requested immunity before testifying, and Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger would not approve.
Not only did the prosecution know about him, the second prosecutor in the case, James “Doughnut Boy” Klaus, prosecuted him at least twice, and his last conviction was in front of the current judge.
Good Lottie! Kraus was the prosecutor in the 2016 Freeland case. The boss of Kraus & Binger, deputy DA Carli McNeill is the prosecutor in the current case v Freeland, and DA Gravely is the prosecutor in the 2018/2019 v. Freeland case.

I’m not saying that knowing his identity will change the rules of the game in the trial, but it’s clear that every shot Rittenhouse fired that night was aimed at the convicted felon who was attacking him. One has to think that this will make a difference.
Suppressing the real name of “Drop Kick Man” will only make the persecution of Kyle Rittenhouse more consistent.
All his attackers are felons. There are psychological child rapists, domestic abusers, drunk driving all the year round, illegal possession of guns, and a felon.
The prosecutor kept records of unethical and unethical behavior. The “first chairman” of the case, Binger, seriously violated the Constitution when trying to get the jury to infer guilt from Rittenhouse’s pretrial silence. These are the words of the judge, not mine. He lied mercilessly. He almost recognized his ass from a hot stone. He concealed the evidence from the defense (Rittenhouse trial delves deeper into whether clearer videos were denied). In a way, we need to thank Donut Boy for his gelatinous failure, he is second in comedy relief.
The judge talked a lot, but when it came time to really need to make a decision, he became another clown in the circus, whatever the prosecutor wanted to do, even though he was scolding at the camera.
“Jumping man” identification completed? Did the prosecution know who he was, but did not give the name of the thug to the defense until the end of the trial? If so, disqualify these lawyers. https://t.co/ovjwpUieOj @wisconsin_now
