The jury has just asked the judge during the ongoing trial in Kyle Rittenhouse.
They asked if they could watch the video privately-in the jury room-or in court, and whether they needed the exact exhibition number to be able to watch the exhibition.

But when talking about the judge’s request, the judge also took the opportunity to elaborate on some of the issues in the case-including media comments on the case and biased mistrial motions.
The judge said he had not even read the motion filed on Monday, nor had he given the state government a chance to respond. Now, although motions of this nature are usually determined before the case is submitted to the jury, it does not have to be the case. He can actually decide it, even when the jury is considering the case, even after they make a verdict. The judge said he didn’t get it until yesterday, and he didn’t give the prosecutor a chance to respond. So, this may explain why he hasn’t considered it yet.
Judge Bruce Schroeder also dismissed the media reports on the case, saying that he is now reconsidering the idea of broadcasting live in court again because the media has been responding and he thinks it is not good for his case.
