In his CPAC Dallas speech, President Donald Trump Speaking of a letter According to William McSwain, a former U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Trump said he was barred from doing his work to investigate allegations involving elections.
Now that Trump has published the letter Maxwin wrote to him, it is absolutely interesting.

In it, Maxwin said that the election was a “partisan shame” and that Democratic officials “made their own rules and failed to abide by the law.” He said Trump has the right to be upset about this.
President Trump, you are right to be upset about the way the Democrats hold the 2020 election in Pennsylvania — it’s a partisan shame. The governor, the federal secretary, and the state supreme courts of various parties have set their own rules and do not follow the law. To make matters worse, the state attorney general Josh Shapiro-the person responsible for enforcing the state’s election laws-announced a few days before the election that you could not win the election. It is hard to imagine law enforcement officials making more irresponsible remarks, especially in highly competitive elections. In light of these statements, it is not surprising that many Pennsylvanians lack confidence in our state’s election results.
On election day and after, our office received various allegations of voter fraud and election irregularities. As part of the duties of the U.S. prosecutor, I want to be transparent to the public. Of course, I want to fully investigate any allegations. However, Attorney General Barr instructed me not to make any public statements or release any press releases regarding possible election irregularities. I was also instructed to forward serious allegations to the state attorney general for investigation-the same state attorney general has declared that you cannot win.
I disagree with that decision, but it is my order. As a Marine Corps infantry officer, I was trained to follow the command system and respect the orders of superiors, even if I disagree with them
Maxwin said he was told not to make any public comments on the election investigation. He said today In a radio interview He believes that other U.S. prosecutors have been told the same thing, and any comment must go through Washington, which he said is unusual—usually, they can comment on such things. American lawyers usually have the right to comment on their own cases.
Maxwin also explained that he was not free to conduct investigations, and he was told not to investigate any serious allegations, but to forward them to the State Attorney General Josh Shapiro. Shapiro came under fire shortly before the election for making comments that Trump would lose the election when he was a neutral state official in his role as attorney general.

Maxwin and Shapiro are now likely to be candidates for governor, and this letter is soliciting Trump’s support.

In a radio interview, Maxwin confirmed the letter-saying it was all true. He pointed out some problems, such as placing poll observers where they could not complete their work because they could not see what was going on. He said this has caused problems and lack of transparency. Maxwin said: “If the calculation of votes is as pure as snow, then let everyone see what happened.”
One thing that is not clear is whether he has discovered anything that he considers serious. He said he believes it is inappropriate to share details of the private investigation. Someone asked him if it was related to the machine, and he said that some were related to it, such as the question of putting a flash drive into the machine. Shapiro claimed that nothing was passed to him.
But in fact, Maxwin said, he does not feel that he is “free to follow the direction of evidence in all circumstances.”
So the question is why does Bill Barr want him to surrender the case? Are there any “serious cases”? If so, what happened to them?
