When Afghanistan quickly fell, Michigan Democrats were on vacation with Biden – RedState

Aha, the dog days of summer in the United States of America-leaving beautiful memories there. This time of year is for barbecues, parades, and baseball. In addition, many families are on vacation and try to charge their batteries before the summer ends and turns into fall and the children return to school.

The President of the United States is currently relaxing at Camp David, and as we discovered when the terrible news came from Afghanistan over the weekend, he and his government cannot bother to pay attention to it.

Maybe you need to find Joe’s bunny slippers.

Of course, I’m just guessing that the rabbit slippers are missing, but I’m not sure what prevents the White House from commenting as soon as our troops are withdrawing rapidly across the country and how quickly the situation has deteriorated over the weekend.

Maybe Hunter lost another laptop to those annoying Russians.

As my colleague Bonchie reported on Sunday, it took a while for Jen Psaki and the staff who were not ready for prime time to work together before releasing Joe’s statement…Joe Biden finally woke up and made a truly terrifying statement about Afghanistan

So far, this country is in the most chaotic week of Joe Biden’s presidency. where is he? Well, after spending most of the previous week in Delaware, he was at Camp David for the next five days. In the current situation, does this sound normal to the president? Hiding in a quasi-holiday when Afghanistan collapsed and inflation soared?

However, the truth is that Biden is not the president we need, but he is the president we have. Now, he woke up from his deep sleep and issued a truly terrible statement on Afghanistan, assuming he participated in drafting the statement, that is to say.

Now, I know that the president is president everywhere, but the time it takes the White House to make any meaningful remarks is shocking. Really, they didn’t seem to expect such a fiasco.

The President did say that it would not be like Saigon in 1975-in a very small way, he was right.

This happened in Kabul, not Saigon.

As we all know, the Democratic Party is very good at “following the leader,” while the Democratic Party in Michigan almost completely follows the president in handling news of the tragedy in Afghanistan. Take some federally elected officials in Michigan as an example. They currently seem to be on vacation to comment on the tragedy unfolding before our eyes.

For example, a congressman from the 11th District of Michigan, Haley Stevens, is on her personal Twitter account. Last weekend, when the U.S. troops retreated and there was chaos in Kabul, Rep. Stevens plucked up the courage to talk on Twitter about some of the cornholes she enjoyed with the Democrats.

Corn hole.

It’s not that Stevens didn’t take this opportunity to express her views on the treatment of women here for various reasons in the past. She is a champion of women and provides equal opportunities to all women because they are treated equally because they are women.

However, the president of her party ignored the advice of her military advisers and created a humanitarian chaos affecting the (women) people, and she was busy playing a truly competitive game. I will not post videos about how these poor souls who happened to be women were killed in Afghanistan. I don’t want to spoil the memory of such an interesting day in Corn Hole.

Now, let’s look at the other side of the Capitol. Homeland Security Chairman and Michigan Senator Gary Peters did not comment on any developments last weekend or yesterday.

We invaded Afghanistan in 2001 because of the threat to our homeland after 9-11. You would think that the chairman of the Senate committee is responsible for overseeing threats to this country, and he may make some comments that will provide useful information and hope to reassure people. However, he didn’t even bother to say not to comment, just bragging about the media.

Maybe he was a little annoyed that he was not invited to the Stevens Corn Hole game.

However, it is likely that Democrats-not only in Michigan, but all over the country-are now a bit shocked.

Seven months ago, they were all celebrating the fact that one of their own people defeated the president’s despicable tweets, they controlled Congress, and the whole world would rejoice. The reality is that the country is flooded on the southern border, inflation and COVID are rampant, plus this foreign crisis has already broken out. Joe Biden created these chaos, and although they pointed to the Sea Lake Manor and the former president, it all fell on the current White House residents.

All politicians who want to keep their seats have prepared the countdown to the next election in their minds. They all know that November 2022 is only 15 months away. So, if Biden’s first tenure is only 7 months with all this chaos, what else can they hope for Scranton Joe to perform well in the next seven games?

If you follow Biden’s career as a senator, you know it won’t be very beautiful. Those who serve with him in the Senate know this, which is why Republicans can’t wait and Democrats can’t stop worrying. Joe just does what he has been doing naturally, which is a walking mess, which is good for an interesting ridiculous quote.

Fortunately, the president still has a lot of time to invite his donkey party friends to the White House to formulate strategies and try to find out the reasons for such a failure in Kabul. The sooner the better, I can think of a big incentive:

I heard that the South Lawn is a good place to hold a corn hole competition.
