Crowdfunding Review – Do you like using a wireless MagSafe charger for your iPhone, but don’t like the so-called fast charging that doesn’t seem that fast? This is because a 15W fast charger can cause the iPhone to get too hot, and a special sensor inside the iPhone slows down the charging speed to 7.5W, which is why it feels slow. The ZIKE MagSafe Charger has a solution to this problem. It has a built in fan!Let’s take a look at this wireless charger that’s currently seeking funding independent.
What is it?
ZIKE is a 15W wireless charger, a wireless charger with two charging pads. One is MagSafe for your iPhone and the other is available for your other Qi compatible devices.

Design and Features
The ZIKE MagSafe Wireless Charger features a space gray aluminum base with a suede wireless charging pad (10W) and a status LED on the front. The status LED glows continuously when it is connected to a power source, and then “breathes” while the device is charging.
The MagSafe charger attaches to the base via a 4-inch long chrome arm. As you can see from the picture, the MagSafe charger can be adjusted to the maximum angle you can see above.
The included AC adapter cable plugs into the base of the ZIKE charger.
The base has a large rubber pad to help keep the ZIKE from sliding around on your desk. I did wish the base was a little heavier, as the MagSafe magnets hold so strongly that it takes two hands to remove the iPhone.
The top of the ZIKE base has a soft grey suede pad. This is the second wireless charger (10W), perfect for charging another phone or other devices like Airpods. You’ll also notice a small button in the corner of the base. It’s a touch button that turns the fan built into the MagSafe charging head on and off.
There is also an LED on the bottom of the arm. This LED lights up when the charger is charging at 15W.
When the fan is on, it’s not very loud, but you can definitely hear it. Air flows out the back of the charger, out the front edge of the MagSafe, and blows onto the back of the iPhone.I used a file called NIOSH Test the decibel levels in my office with and without fans running.
Does it stay cool?
I also ran some unscientific tests to see how well the fan kept the phone cool while charging.
My first time charging my iPhone 13 Pro Max with ZIKE no The fan was running, I charged it to 88%, and using the IR thermometer (shown above), when I took the phone out of the charger, the temperature on the back of the phone was 101.5ºF.
My second time charging my iPhone with ZIKE and The fan was running, I charged it to 88%, and using the IR thermometer (shown above), when I took the phone out of the charger, the temperature on the back of the phone was 87.5ºF.
The built-in fan works as designed, which is great! But I do wish this charger could automatically activate and deactivate the fan as needed, rather than requiring the manual click of a button.

final thoughts
If you want a really fast fast wireless charger, then the ZIKE MagSafe Wireless Charger is an option that can fast charge and keep your iPhone cool. This charger works well as long as you keep the fan running at all times, or you remember to turn it on (and off) manually.
