Recently, I seem to be unable to keep up with the latest scandals from the Department of Justice or the FBI. In the past two weeks, I wrote two articles in RedState, expressing my dissatisfaction with their continued political goals and dubious strategies.
Although some Missed my irony Questions about “J. Edgar’s glorious years,” the FBI and the Department of Justice and other federal law enforcement organizations (I’m looking at you, ATF) are nothing new. Although this author will be far from implying that people like McVeigh and Nichols have a reason to do what they do, one can certainly take a step back and look at the actions taken in Ruby Ridge and Waco and question whether there is any government Should have the right to take such actions against their own citizens.
People may still be disgusted with the actions of domestic terrorists who use Ryder trucks, just as we are disgusted with domestic terrorists, who wear blue jackets and bold yellow fonts.See what the FBI did Richard JewellAfter the bombing of the Centennial Park, there was zero evidence of any wrongdoing. In fact, the entire reason that links Jewell to the bombing is geographical proximity and the opinion of a single FBI analyst. That’s it.
We found from the 9/11 committee report that the FBI is responsible for some communication interruptions, which may help prevent several hijackers that led to the attack. remember, Zakarias Mousavi, Sometimes referred to as the 20th hijacker, was captured by the FBI in August 2001, but was not connected with other hijackers until after the 9/11 attacks.
However, it doesn’t stop there. The FBI has contacted and/or investigated the Tsarnaev brothers-their perpetrators 2013 Boston bombing, Syed Farook and Tashfeen Malik—— San Bernardino shooting in 2015, And Omar Martin– The perpetrators of Pulse nightclub There were shootings in 2016, all of which occurred before these crimes.
Even after the crime occurred, the FBI (and the Department of Justice) seemed completely unable to obtain evidence of the motive or how the perpetrator committed the crime. In Stephen Paddock’s case, the entire federal law enforcement agency in our country could not figure out one person, or better yet, why one person brought an armory to the tower room in Mandalay Bay and murdered and injured several Hundreds of people.
However, each of these failures, these… incompetent clinics, were used to justify increasing the power of the FBI. The argument goes like this, “Well, we failed because we didn’t have enough access rights, or we were unable to do something to help us prevent these situations.” Closed-door meetings with the White House or members of Congress may start with how to prevent these attacks. The problem happened again. The answers to those questions? Give more power to the FBI and the Department of Justice.
along with Recently arrested In the US Department of Justice’s allegations against Steve Bannon, I once again questioned why any law enforcement agency needs this kind of power. What crime did Bannon commit? Bannon ignored the demands of congressional investigators regarding the January 6 riots. Bannon did nothing but told these congressional investigators that they mind you recently proving that you used fraudulent information from the FBI and DOJ to conduct an illegal investigation of the Trump administration and beat the sand. When was the last time someone was arrested by the Department of Justice for contempt of Congress? I cannot be sure of that time. Remember Lois Lerner, the designer of the IRS scandal against conservative groups? She was held in contempt of Congress; however, the Justice Department chose not to prosecute her.
However, when it comes to protecting the government from abusing power, by its very nature, the agency responsible for preventing it is abusing power. Who is responsible for investigating the shady of congressmen? Who is responsible for DOJ funding? Therefore, the corrupt tango continues.
During the Trump administration, Bill Barr was imprisoned for contempt of Congress, but as the U.S. Attorney General, he will be responsible for his own prosecution of such crimes. I’m sure the left has doubts about this, but what is the specific reason for Barr’s contempt? He refused to comply with the subpoena from Congress. He did not lie. He did not send them false information or tamper with documents. He just said, no, I refuse to participate in your false investigation. Please note that the motivation is to use the fraudulent information provided to them by the FBI and the Department of Justice to conduct other potentially illegal investigations.
Merrick Garland Lie in front of Congress Regarding the FBI’s strategy and objectives for investigating “domestic terrorists,” (see: PTA, Parents Against Rape in School Restrooms), this has specific misleading intentions.Be the director of NIAID Dr. Anthony Fauci lied to the Senate committee To say that the Wuhan Institute of Virology has never conducted a gain-of-function study again contains misleading intentions. The FBI leaked confidential information to the New York Times.
However, when we discussed these issues with Barr and Bannon, the left interpreted the silence and refusal to participate in the kangaroo court as misleading intentions. That is not true. Congressional hearings are usually just… the Kangaroo Court… has no right to ask them to provide information, and has no right to enforce these requests. Bannon’s arrest was just a play in the same political theater. Garland, who lied to Congress, is responsible for deciding whether to prosecute himself. He decided to prosecute Bannon just because Bannon refused to participate in the false investigation?
The target seen from the Ministry of Justice is illegal. It is also illegal to withhold a certificate of innocence. The same goes for lying to Congress. At what point will we say enough? More importantly, how? How can we stop them from doing this?
This is why 2022 and 2024 are so important. This needs to be the question that every hesitant voter gets stuck under his nose when answering the following question: Is this the government you want? Is this the government you deserve? We need to make large-scale corruption in our government and the incompetence of other government entities often rewarded and become points of anger.
It is enough about the relationship between the Republican Party and the Democratic Party, and the right-wing and the left-wing. It’s us, the people, and them, the government. We need our leaders to worry about what will happen if they abuse our trust and lie to us, not that they might have to stand up against others in the government. The only way we can get them to respect their position and the sacred trust we give them is that the punishment for violations of this type of behavior is far more severe than any benefit they gain by taking problematic behavior.
We need strong leaders who will speak out about corruption and refuse to take any action until corruption is fully investigated by independent political parties and relevant parties are prosecuted to the greatest extent by law.
Let’s start here, but as our ancestors told us, no choice is possible.
