Review – As more and more devices switch to Type-C (USB-C) charging ports, the demand for multi-port high-power chargers has become more important. Laptops, battery packs, flashlights, and wireless microphones are just some of the Type-C devices that I often find myself charging frequently. I decided to see if the KOVOL Sprint 120W 4-port charging station can meet some of my Type-C charging needs.

Design and features
The KOVOL Sprint 4-port charger is a compact charger with GaN charging technology. Gallium nitride (GaN) chargers do not require as many components as silicon chargers, so they are smaller and more efficient. As far as this charger is concerned, it allows KOVOL Sprint to be 37% smaller than a typical 100W charger.
The Type-C port can provide up to 100W of power, or the Type-C (USB-C) PD port can provide up to 60W of power for two devices at the same time. The charger also has a smart power distribution function and is a PD 3.0 certified device, which means it can intelligently allocate the best power for each connected device. KOVOL’s Q-Pulse technology ensures safe charging functions, such as surge, overcurrent, overvoltage, short circuit, overcharge and high temperature protection.
The design of the KOVOL Sprint 4-port charger is simple and compact. The AC input line can be detached, which I like very much. I don’t like to bend the charging cable when putting it in the bag.
The KOVOL Sprint 4-port charger is perfect for me. It charges everything I have. It runs on my laptop and tablet at the same time. I plan to buy a second one for my garage to reduce the number of strange chargers I have there.
